Working hours of the Administrative Service Delivery Unit (ASDU):

 

9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. (continuously)

 

Pursuant to Article 10(4) of the Administrative Service Delivery Regulation ‘When clients are waiting on the premises of the administrative service delivery unit at the end of working hours, the ASDU shall continue to provide services to waiting customers for a maximum of two hours after the official closing of business for the day.’

E-government Customer Reception Desk

 

At the customer reception desk of the State e-Government Agency (SEGA) citizens are able address enquiries to Agency experts in person. The dedicated Customer Enquiries Desk of the Agency is an opportunity for all interested parties to file written or make verbal complaints, report incidents and submit proposals as well as rate the quality of administrative service delivery.

 

Customer Enquiries Desk working hours: daily (excluding weekends) from 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
